The first wobble stool we received would not stay in the higher positions no matter what. My son needs a taller stool so we returned it. The 2nd stool has worked perfectly. My son loves it and he really needs to move when he sits, so this is perfect. Generally seems sturdy and he loves how the seat spins.First, this stool is AMAZING. I am an active, kinesthetic type who likes to move and fidget while I work. This solves that problem AND my tendency to slouch. Although it IS possible to strike a bad pose in this chair and hold it long-term, you'd really have to fight nature to do so.It has helped me regain some movement in my otherwise stiff lower back and hips. I live a sedentary lifestyle, so this helps keep me more active throughout the day, plus it's fun to sit in, spin in, and to get on and off (you can totally do the Riker sit... makes you feel like a boss).As another reviewer recommended on an alternate manufacturer's review page, the stool IS hard to sit on after a while, but there is a cheap 13" stool cushion that fits for $15.99 as of this writing. The pole somehow came through the bottom of the base and now the stool sits more like a spinning top than seat and also damages the floor due to protruding pole. I contacted the seller, who said they’d replace it but then mailed it to a completely made up address. Which is bizarre cause I’ve had all my orders arrive to my actual address. A month later after communicating and even an address correction that I shouldn’t have had to give, yet no response from seller and no replacement sent to the RIGHT address. Complete disregard. Had to be refunded from Amazon but will not buy this item again or recommend to others due to complete lack of support on a less than stellar product.My 7 year old loves this wobbly stool. And I love it because it keeps him from squirming on me on the couch. And I also like sitting in it while gaming honestly. Definitely worth it!Went for this stool because of the price and the fact that it can adjust to quite a tall height. Also needed it for a narrow space. The seat is a bit uncomfortable though and I had to order a stool cushion. Other than that, it seems very durable, especially since my son likes spinning on it.Love everything about it other than my middle aged posterior needs a bit of padding to make it comfortable for long sits. I cut a circle of blue Coleman camp mat to fit, that makes it better.I purchased this product as my daughter has ants in her pants for online school. The product came quickly and is already assembled. The quality is fantastic!Unfortunately, our product came in with a chunk of missing and a a crack in.My son was so excited to try it out for virtual learning.
