The bag was made very nicely I was just disappointed that the zipper was very cheaply made it broke like 3 days after my purchase so I didn't get to enjoy my bagThese personalized tote bags came out so beautiful. I bought these for my kids as daycare bags and I am very happy. They are made of a good quality fabric, the colors are vibrant and the embroidery is beautiful. They are also nice and big with a lot of space for all their things. Definitely a giftable item for any teacher or student.I carry it to school everyday. Perfect for keeping my teacher things inI bought this bag as a great value for a teacher tote. It has a zipper and made of durable canvas. Many colors to choose from to match school color. Was also available to personalize it with my name and teacher motif.I would have given this product a solid five stars: I love the color, I love the size, I love the personalization!!!! However, my handle broke after only a few weeks of using it which was a bummer. I didn't carry anything too heavy in it, maybe just a planner, wallet, notebook, pencil pouch, and a few other things. I purchased this a while ago so I'm not sure if anything has changed with the product. I would definitely purchase one more time to see if maybe it was just that specific bag that had a defect. I did notice that the handle was sewn on very low which is maybe why it slipped out and ripped apart easily from the bag. It's still such a cute bag, I will eventually get around to trying to fix it.I ordered this for my niece who just became a teacher. The first one I received I was unhappy with due to not being able to see her name clearly as the thread color did not show up well on the bag color. I contacted this seller and they promptly sent me another one with a different thread color, and it looks fantastic! I love the bag, and the company was super helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase.This was the perfect gift for my student teacher!Great product! Typed in wrong name and they were very generous sending another with correct name! Would recommend and buy again!!
